About your work with APS: 
I work in four organizations all linked to education practice and policy: a) Director Programs ITA b) Director Institute for Professional Learning; c) Managing Trustee Sanjan Nagar Public Education Trust and d) Coordinator South Asia Forum For Education Delveopment , At SNPET we are challenged by a recent decision to scale up the Sanjan Nagar Schools from a free to an affordable private school.
Bio: 
Baela Raza Jamil is a public policy specialist former technical adviser Ministry of Education, Pakistan and activist in the education sector. She has worked extensively in the areas of quality, community based initiatives for education access and quality , district education planning, local governance and public private partnerships in three continents and across several countries. She began her career in Atlanta Georgia in 1985 at a Magnet School program at the North Fulton High School – supported by public private partnerships. Inspired by her identity formations in Pakistan, she has studied comparative education, public policy, and economic history at the Institute of Education, University of London, Rosemont College USA, Graduate School of Education at Harvard and the School of Oriental and African Studies (SOAS) in UK.
