School Chain denotes a network of schools managed by an institutional entity that sets standards on all aspects of the schools' practises, functioning and outputs. It follows a de-centralized governance system in schools combined with centralized monitoring and acountability system of the network schools. A few examples of affordable private school chains are, Rumi schools, Empathy Learning Systems in India and Omega Schools in Ghana.
