South Africa: Nationalize Private Schools

Delegates at the ANC Youth League's National General Council heard the suggestion on that private schools should be nationalized. The NGC finally got underway at the Gallagher Estate in Midrand — seven hours after it was due to start.

It had been a long wait for delegates but eventually ANC officials started to welcome international guests. Congress of South African Students’ General Secretary Abner Mosaase added his bit on the nationalization.
