Sudakshina Mallick, Community Manager
Sudakshina Mallick works with the Intellecap team to manage the EnterprisingSchools community. Her responsibilities include moderating discussion forums, expanding the market sections, ensuring the credibility of site content, and building relationships with emerging and established industry organizations.
Before joining Intellecap, Sudakshina worked with the non-governmental organizations ActionAid International and Save the Children, acting as a program officer. She has also worked as a research associate on education for Solution Exchange India, an initiative of the United Nations Development Programme. Sudakshina has completed her master’s degree in education from Jawaharlal Nehru University in New Delhi and is currently pursuing her doctoral degree from the university’s Zakir Hussain Centre for Educational Studies.
Tarun Mapara, Lead Content Manager
Tarun Mapara works closely with the Intellecap team to ensure the EnterprisingSchools portal is timely and informative and is responsible for posting the latest news, events and announcements to the site.
For the past four years, Tarun has been an integral part of the content management team at Intellecap that works on Microfinance Gateway, an online resource for the microfinance industry. Before joining Intellecap, he worked with grassroots non-governmental organizations including Self Reliant Initiatives through Joint Action and the Aga Khan Foundation. Tarun completed his post-graduate degree from the Indian Institute of Forest Management, Bhopal, India. He also holds an undergraduate degree in commerce from Mumbai University.
Usha Ganesh, Sr. Content Manager
Usha Ganesh is responsible for developing abstracts for library documents posted to EnterprisingSchools and she oversees the quality of site content.
At Intellecap, Usha is part of the content management team for Microfinance Gateway and is a lead researcher for the trends newsletter of the Rockefeller Foundation. She has more than 15 years of work experience in the areas of content creation, business journalism, investment research and business development. She holds an MBA from the The Institute of Chartered Financial Analysts of India Business School and she is also a chartered financial analyst.
Kavita Parab, Content Manager
Kavita Parab is responsible for sourcing and editing content for the library, event and APS Networks sections on EnterprisingSchools. She ensures that the latest information is appropriately presented and attributed.
At Intellecap, Kavita works with the Knowledge & Insights group and has rich experience in managing content for Web sites such as Microfinance Gateway and MicroSave, an industry site devoted to microfinance. Before joining Intellecap, Kavita worked as content co-ordinator with the knowledge management team of IT-outsourcing company Patni Computers. Kavita holds a masters degree in Library and Information Science from SNDT Women’s University in Mumbai, India. She also holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce from Mumbai University.
Siddharth Suhas, Social Media Manager
Siddharth Suhas is responsible for generating awareness about EnterprisingSchools via social media. He also manages contributors to the EnterprisingSchools blog, creating a forum for lively discussion and debate. (You can follow his tweets at @EnterprisingSch.)
At Intellecap, Siddharth works with the events team organizing Srijan & Sankalp, the publications team of Microfinance Insights & Beyond Profit in creating awareness through social media & research initiatives. He holds a bachelor's degree in Mass Communication & Advertising . He's worked with AIESEC as CEO previously & was a part of an expedition to Antarctica on climate change.
Erika Norwood, Program & Marketing Associate, Gray Matters Capital
Erika is the Communication and Program Associate at Gray Matters Capital Foundation. She is responsible for overseeing the marketing, content development and Web site management for EnterprisingSchools. She works closely with the Intellecap team to increase the visibility of the Web site and develop the global online community where individuals and organizations can connect to network, learn and share resources.
Before joining the Foundation, Erika worked as a marketing associate at an Atlanta-based consulting firm where she worked with clients to develop innovative, actionable marketing strategies. Erika holds a B.A. in International Business from American Intercontinental University and is currently pursuing her MBA at Georgia State University.
Sharayu Kamath, Communications Associate, Gray Matters Capital
Sharayu looks after special projects at Gray Matters Capital with a specific focus on Communications and Awareness initiatives. She works closely with the Marketing Associate on promotion strategies for EnterprisingSchools and writing school success stories and profiles for the website.
Prior to working with Gray Matters Capital, Sharayu led employee Learning and Development programs at a leading Australian utility company, Origin Energy in Melbourne. In this capacity, Sharayu was in charge of building employee training programs and workshops to increase productivity and efficiency. Sharayu holds a Masters degree in Business Administration from Victoria University, Melbourne.
